STRATEGY

How Yieldfund generates returns

Yieldfund is a high-frequency trading company. We actively trade in the top 10 cryptocurrencies with sufficient liquidity and volatility. Positions can sometimes remain open for only 5 minutes. By capitalizing on micro-movements and market inefficiencies, the profits from individual trades accumulate into consistent, long-term returns.

How our strategy works

1

Market Analysis (24/7)

Our algorithm continuously monitors the market based on four coded indicators, price action, volume, and timing.

2

Signal Detection

When all four indicators, along with price action, volume, and timing, are aligned, TradingView automatically generates a signal.

3

Trade Execution

This signal is instantly sent to the exchange, where a buy or sell order is automatically placed. Positions typically remain open for only 5 seconds to a maximum of 15 minutes.

4

Risk Management

We use tight stop-losses, dynamically adjust position sizes, and perform continuous monitoring.

5

Profit Realization

The Take Profit (TP) is set by default at 0.5%. Once this target is reached, the position closes automatically.

Yieldfund vs the markets: Stability when it matters most

The chart below compares Yieldfund’s monthly performance to Bitcoin, the AEX, and the S&P 500 between August 2024 and July 2025. This demonstrates the reliability of our algorithmic trading strategy, independent of broader market conditions.

Our origin

Founded by entrepreneur Rick Simons, Yieldfund emerged from a frustration: why do only institutions have access to the tools and strategies that outperform the market? While firms like Citadel and Renaissance Technologies profit from advanced algorithmic trading, retail investors are often left behind with manual strategies or opaque funds with high fees and limited returns.

In 2021, Rick brought together a team of experts to change that. With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience and a passion for market innovation, Yieldfund was born to offer a more accessible, high-performance alternative rooted in automation and capital protection.

Our mission

By Q4 2026, Yieldfund aims to provide at least 500 retail investors across Europe with automated access to institutional-grade trading strategies, delivering average monthly interests up to 5%, through a transparent, risk-managed algorithm that requires no prior trading experience.

Our vision

To shape a future where investing in digital markets is effortless, secure, and accessible. A world in which anyone can grow their wealth responsibly through technology-driven investing.

What is Yieldfund?

Yieldfund is a regulated quantitative trading company that gives private investors access to advanced trading strategies normally reserved for institutional players. By leveraging automated algorithms and a strict risk management system, we aim to deliver consistent annual returns of up to 60% on invested capital, paid out weekly.

Yes. Yieldfund operates under frontpay capital B.V., a Dutch company registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 863073165. We comply with the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) guidelines and adhere to all applicable European financial services regulations.

Yieldfund is not a traditional investment platform. We are a quantitative trading firm specializing in high-frequency trading of crypto assets using algorithms. Our approach stands out due to:

  1. Transparency: clear visibility into results and trading positions
  2. Strict risk control: managed through a volatility-based dynamic allocation model
  3. Weekly payouts: instead of quarterly or yearly returns

      4. Trading Safety Fundcurrently covering more than  of invested capital as an added layer of protection

The minimum investment with Yieldfund is €10,000. This threshold is set to attract committed investors and to ensure efficient capital management within our trading model.

We use a dynamic risk management framework that adjusts in real time to market conditions. Our algorithms manage capital allocation based on volatility, liquidity, and market structure. In times of increased risk, exposure is automatically reduced. Additionally, we maintain a Warranty Fund as a safety net for exceptional market scenarios.

No, investments cannot be withdrawn at any time.
For full details on early termination and withdrawal options, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Our algorithms continuously analyze market dynamics, price action, volume shifts, and liquidity patterns to exploit short-term momentum and inefficiencies. Instead of holding long-term positions, we execute hundreds of micro-transactions per day, generating consistent, risk-balanced returns.

We process payouts every Monday. Your returns from the previous week are automatically sent to your designated crypto wallet.

Yieldfund does not charge entry or management fees. We operate on a performance-based model, meaning we earn only when you earn.

Yes, every Yieldfund investor receives access to a personalized dashboard. It allows you to monitor accumulated payouts, view individual transactions, track contract duration and terms, and stay updated on your investment performance 24/7 in real time. This transparency ensures you always have full control over your investment.

Every investment carries risk. However, Yieldfund takes the following steps to limit exposure:

  • Advanced risk management models
  • Weekly payouts to improve liquidity
  • Additional protection via our Trading Safety Fund

For Yieldfund investors, the Travel Rule is mainly a formality. Yieldfund, as part of frontpay capital B.V., and investors must share their name, address, and wallet details with the relevant authorities. You’ll be prompted to provide this information when receiving your USDC interest payment. Payments are processed via OKX. To avoid delays, always use a reputable VASP (Virtual Asset Service Provider). If you follow these steps, you typically won’t need to provide any additional information beyond what the platforms normally request.
